Mid-Year Reading Wrap Up

Hello, everyone! I hope you’re all doing wonderful today.

This mid-year reading wrap-up extravaganza has been floating all around the blogosphere, Instagram, and BookTube, so I decided I’d join in. From the beginning of January to the end of June, I read 59 books total! That’s quite a lot for me, and I shattered by Goodreads 2016 Reading Challenge. I only planned to read 50 books for the entirety of 2016, so I’m really happy that I’ve completed that already!

Here are all the books, along with my rating, I read from January – June. Whenever this year ends, I’ll do a July – December reading wrap-up, along with my 2016 completed reading wrap up. I just thought I’d share my accomplishments so far!

Here are my stats:
★★★★★ – 30
★★★★ ½ – 3

As you can see, I’ve read so many great books this year. Most are five-star reads, and then the next majority were four-star reads. I’ve truly picked up some mind-blowing books so far, and I hope my luck continues.

However, I know my reading for the remainder of the year will slow down (and might possibly cease altogether) because I’m starting a teaching job in August, as well as getting my Masters Degree online. It’ll be hectic, and I may only be doing required reading. I’ll be sure to keep you updated.

Talk to you next time! Happy reading!
