Epic Reads Book Tag

Hello, again! Today I’m doing an awesome tag! I was tagged by Kayla @ kdrewkthebookworm! Go check her blog out!

Here are the questions!

tumblr_mzo4lr8xFo1rlu86co2_250.gif1. If you could invite one author and one of their fictional characters to lunch, who would you invite and what would you serve them?
I’d invite Stephanie Perkins and Etienne St. Clair because Stephanie’s books are amazing and St. Clair is one of my top book boyfriends. We’d eat all the food that was served in Anna and the French Kiss. Harry Styles is here because I picture 2013/2014 Harry as Etienne in the novel. Don’t ask me why, I just do. Etienne seems so much like Harry, and Harry seems so much like Etienne. And Stephanie Perkins just seems like a really awesome person.

2. What book do you wish the author would write a prequel for?788d630e3269823fbe887919f6a45ab1.jpg
I’m really against all this post-Potter era stuff that has been coming out and being released soon, but I think I’d really like a Marauders Era series. I think it could have the potential to be better than the original series. J.K. Rowling, please write this prequel series!

3. Which two characters (not from the same book) would make a good couple?
This question is so difficult! I can’t even think of anyone. But two characters from the same books/series that I think would be perfect together are Draco and Hermione. Dramione forever.

4. If you ran into your favorite author on the subway and only could say one sentence to them, who is it and what would it be?
My newest favorite author is Cassandra Clare, and if I ever ran into her, I’d probably hug her and say, “Teach me your ways.” Seriously, her books are phenomenal. The Infernal Devices and The Mortal Instruments are my two favorite series now. I think they even beat Harry Potter. Sorry, not sorry!

In all honesty though, I’d love to just sit down and talk with Cassandra – talk about her books, her writing style, how she develops the characters and writes such witty and hilarious dialogue. She just seems like a cool human.  And if she’s half as cool as Will… Then YES!

What book made you a reader and why?
The reader I am today is because of Twilight. Typical answer, I know, but it’s true! It shaped my high school years. My friends and I would go to the movies, obsess over the soundtracks and books, and watch the movies over and over. Thankfully, all of my friends loved Robert Pattinson and Edward. It started my love for fandoms and series.

I’d feel so terrible leaving all my babies, but I’d probably grab my Harry Potter books – the newer editions that came in a boxset. They’re so soft and beautiful, and I love how the spines create Hogwarts when put together.

Which dystopian world would you want to live in if you had to choose one? Why?
I haven’t read many dystopian books, but I guess I’d like to live in the Divergent world because I’d like to see which faction I’d be in! I think I’d be in Candor, but you never know. Sometimes I think I’d be in Erudite, just not evil. I don’t think I have what it takes for Abnegation or Amity. Maybe a bit of Dauntless. Maybe I’d just be divergent, like Tris!

 8. What is your most epic read of all time?
I don’t think I have just one—all the books that I read and truly enjoy are epic to me!
